And its rewards must not be refused.

Networking is an essential experience. Through it individuals can make connections that will last throughout their careers — offering advancement opportunities, wanted relocations, greater wages and more. It’s imperative therefore that all employees attempt this. Conversations must be shared; ideas must be traded; and resumes must forever be floated between managers, proving skills again and again.

No company can be conquered without aid. Individuals must therefore choose their supporters with care and seek them out immediately.
